EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for HURF BUILD
- Part-time
- Work with a small friendly, professional team in a great office environment in Lennox Head. Work from home over time.
- Initially working 16 hours a week. Timing flexible, possibly 4 Days 9 to 1pm
- You need to be Northern Rivers based.
A key role in the engine room of our business, providing administrative support to the Owner.
This Northern Rivers founded, forward thinking building business is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our growing and friendly team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the owner manage and schedule jobs.
- Together with the owner implement Buildxact - Industry leading software.
- Assist with preparation of Quotes.
- Prepare draft Invoices.
- Client and supplier communication on job progress etc.
- Website and social media posting.
- Admin. including Insurances, Health & Safety and team HR records.
- General administrative assistance to owner
- Role may grow over time.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be a fast learner willing to grow in the role.
- Previous administration experience
- Strong communication skills, including written communication.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- To be hard working and honest
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to multitask.
- Current driver’s license
- Own your own vehicle or otherwise reliable transport.
- To be energetic and motivated
- To be accurate with your work and have a keen eye for detail.
- To be someone with strong collaboration skills that is happy to assist with any task.
Preferred but not essential:
- Experience with Xero, or similar Accounting Software
- Previous experience in a similar position in the construction industry.
Job Details:
- Part-time, initially 16 hours a week
- Suggested Hours: 9 to 1 pm X 4 days a week (flexible) initially all at Lennox Head.
- Pay: $30 to $40 per hour depending on applicant. You will need to provide an ABN
- Computer will be provided.
