What you’ll be doing

The purpose of the role is to deliver best consulting experience by partnering with our customers to achieve their goals. The consultant will be working closely with federal clients, hence must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain a baseline security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist client’s in defining their business requirements.
• Support clients with their business issues and business improvements
• Utilise your skills to perform gap analysis between customer’s requirements and thecapabilities of the ERP software.
• Assess, strategize, and manage deployments within the business applications team.
• Design, Implement and deliver solutions to help optimise their business functions andenhance their experiences.
• Create change requests where enhancements are required.
• Work with resources to ensure the client is maximizing the value from their chosen ERP.
• Help our clients to Simplify, Optimize and Modernize their business applications.
• Undertake an active involvement in the development of the product reference databasesand identify and document potential internal developments to the ERP software.
• Contribute to the enhancement of in-house delivery methodologies

What will make you successful in this role?

• 2 + years’ TechnologyOne Consulting experience or similar experience as a user.
• 2 +years’ experience in the design and implementation of business systems, specificallyTechnologyOne CES, CI and CIA is a must.
• TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, Asset Management or Property and Rating Skills is highlypreferred.
• Experience and knowledge of documenting functional specifications and requirementsartifacts
• Experience in analysing customer’s requirements, understanding their needs, and advisingthem on how best to leverage their software investment.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of anorganisation.
• Ability to work closely with, and to build strong relationships with our clients.
• TechnologyOne technical skills are preferred, such as XLOne Reporting, BPA’s.
• Confidence in delivering face-to-face or remote customer training to the broaderaudience.
• Ability to work within a team and work closely with and build lasting relationships withour clients.

• Tertiary qualification in any related field.
