TechnologyOne Property & Rating (P&R) combines powerful autonomous intelligence for data management with a high performing revenue engine for billing and regulatory management to meet customer and community needs. P&R delivers a complete approach to managing community consultation as part of development submissions, billing and revenue collection, eService provision, mobile solutions for field officers, rates calculation modelling.
What you'll be doing...As a Business Consultant, you are responsible for creating a compelling customer experience by helping our customers realise the value of their investment in the TechnologyOne product suite.
- Providing hands on implementation through the project lifecycle (design, configuration, customer support, cutover, go live!)
- Driving continuous improvement for our customers.
- Learning and applying our apply our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies on all projects
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery, and feedback improvements to the business
- In conjunction with the Project Managers, work closely with the Product, R&D, and Operations teams to deliver great results
- Basically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during implementation, and you will own all the excitement, pressure, and achievement of taking them live!
- Solid understanding of Property and Rating systems, such as Land Information or Rates Accounting systems or similar local government business systems.
- Expereicne with TechnologyOne's Property and Rating system would be highly regarded.
- A background with ERP systems, or other complex software products (SaaS products ideally).
- Customer centric, you're a customer advocate and know how to take a customer on a journey, delivering a compelling customer experience.
- Ability to translate customer requirements to equivalent product functionality.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively and maturely communicate in writing and verbally with stakeholders across all levels.
- Experience presenting to, and across a diverse stakeholder audience to influence a successful outcome.
- Strong commercial acumen in effective decision making when balancing competing priorities across cross functional teams.
- Experience working in a technical consultancy capacity, ideally with TechnologyOne Products (desirable)
