Contract: Initial 6 Month Contract
Location: Melbourne however, potentially open to Sydney based consultants
About Us: Tranzformd is currently supporting an innovative sustainability & recycling business to help deliver outcome based process improvements across the entire organisation. The consultants will be undertaking a comprehensive Business Process exercise that spans all areas of operations. We are looking for Lean Six Sigma Process Consultants to join our team, particularly those with experience in retail, supply chain, transportation, and manufacturing sectors.
1x Senior Consultant / Analyst
1x Manager / Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and optimise all Business Processes across the organisation
- Evaluate procurement and logistics processes
- Streamline communication channels
- Innovate repurposing strategies to maximize efficiency
- Lead transformation initiatives with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications:
- Consultants: Green or Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma
- Manager: Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
- Strong communication and consulting skills, capable of engaging with executives and other senior stakeholders
- Experience with large-scale business transformations
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
