Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify Business Development opportunities.
- Develop & implement lead generation strategies.
- Manage and convert leads into new managements.
- Updating and maintaining a clean CRM.
- Create & manage referral relationships.
- Prepare management authorities and listing presentations.
- Negotiate fee terms with new clients.
- Advertise properties for lease and manage leasing campaigns/owner updates.
- Handover to Senior Property Managers with majority of the administrative tasks.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Victorian Agents Representative certificate.
- Great attitude is a must with a growth mindset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Highly motivated with an accommodating / flexible approach.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Experience with Property Me, IRE and Microsoft Office.
