What you'll do
Use your communication skills, both written and oral to provide service to our Customers
Assist in providing new and existing customers account on-boarding, account services, like billing inquiries, any disputes, service or data/data-base requests
What experience you need
Customer service experience
Computer literacy, ability to use different tools, systems and applications
Working within deadlines and with minimal supervision to problem solve
Eye for detail, excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Experience working under time pressure
