About the role
Reporting to our Call Centre Supervisor, the role as a Contact Centre Representative will be to manage the high-volume inbound customer calls but not limited to:
• Dealing with customer queries through multiple channels
• Working with the customer to resolve their inquiries
• Provide service follow-ups and general information
• Enter service related enquiries
This role involves rotating rostering between 8AM - 6PM shifts between Monday to Friday. The first 6 months will require onsite training & on-going development.

About you
• Previous Call Centre experience is preferred
• Previous experiences in customer service and data entry are ideal
• Complaint handling skills and ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Punctual and reliable
