Job description

We are Australian-owned, with a turnover of $500m, and employ just over 300 high-performing professionals at our offices in Adelaide, Perth, Gold Coast, Maroochydore, Brisbane, Melbourne and Darwin.

About the role:

Reporting to the Business Continuity Manager, you will provide administration and project management of tasks that ensure the management systems of all BADGE Group companies meet the requirements of the international standards they are certified under and all operational requirements to ensure business continues.

This includes external certification against Quality Management Systems ISO 9001; Environmental Management Systems 14001; Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems ISO 45001; Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner; and Defence Industry Security Policy.

You will work with the Business Continuity Manager and the wider business to assist in creating a culture of compliance, and one which uses day-to-day observations of our performance to drive the development and continuous improvement of our people and systems.

Your experience in compliance system administration and supporting business process projects as a seasoned business administration professional will enable BADGE to develop a best practice environment.

About you:

With a proven background in a similar role, you will be able to demonstrate your excellent delivery and planning skills and experience in working in an environment that is constantly changing. Your ability to deliver a high standard of customer service to all external and internal clients will be second nature to you, as are your excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

You are an administration or project coordinator who is able to manage their priorities and work autonomously, delivering management systems collateral, business improvement projects and process training. You will be a team player with a good sense of humour adding to our already excellent company culture, who enjoys the work you do and thrives on challenges.

With construction industry or industries with transferrable skills you will be highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and have the skills to deliver high quality resources. A Diploma in Project Management, or similar Certification will be highly regarded to enable you to autonomously manage projects.

We are open to flexible working options to allow for a better work/life balance. Working arrangements, between 30 and 38 hours per week in our Keswick office but you must be able to work Friday in order to support our Management System admin.
