Red Wolf Group is a Leadership Consultancy, and we are experts in The Predictive Index (PI), a powerful psychometrics tool. We aim to empower workplaces to ignite, inspire & nurture extraordinary leaders at all levels. We do this through workplace training, coaching and consulting.

This role is face to face with the team in Sylvania but we’ll give you flexibility to get your job done when and how you need to, including working from home regularly. We do run workshops from our office in Sylvania so you'll need to be comfortable traveling here a few days per week.
A bit about the role
As we further expand our paw-print in the Australian market (we have BIG plans!), life is getting busier and more hectic for our CEO and the team in general. We need a super-organised Team Coordinator to keep us focussed on what matters: clients and growing the business.
The CEO’s biggest challenge is time; she doesn’t have enough of it! A big part of your role will be making her life easier, all with a view to clearing her inbox (and her mind) of clutter so she can focus on the big-ticket items. The business also runs multiple training workshops and events every month and this takes a lot of coordination and planning.
Day to day you will:
- Manage the CEO’s diary, respond to emails, handle enquiries from other C-Suite execs.
- Edit presentations, proposals and other documentation so you’ll put those advanced PPT, Word and Excel skills to use (some Adobe Acrobat skills would be lovely too).
- Oversee training and event coordination to make sure things run smoothly – everything from printing and collating workbooks and packs, to laminating posters, to organising catering; anything to delight our customers.
- Minute meetings, manage follow up actions, and keep the team accountable and on track.
A bit about you
We need someone who is proactive, anticipates business needs, can juggle multiple priorities, has a hawk-eye for detail and accuracy, and is driven to get things done.
You’re an ace at following up to get results – diplomacy is your calling card! Comfortable in your own skin, you have complete confidence in your abilities and if you don’t know, you find out. When a process needs streamlining, you’re the person that gets it done.
Everything you touch is done with finesse and quality, and you’re known for being the glue that binds the team together.
