Our client teaches professionals the skills to identify, prevent & de-escalate crises in the workplace. They're looking for a Business Development Account Manager to join their team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Regional Director based in Sydney, the key responsibilities include the following:
- Be accountable for 2024 personal retention and growth target within a range of sectors including, finance, security, banking, healthcare, travel/hospitality
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives
- Be comfortable on the phone and able to develop and nurture existing customer relationships
- Identify growth opportunities via phone / social media activity
- Manage organisational objectives for the ANZ Sales team
- Provide periodic sales team support and processes with larger key clients
- The ideal candidate will have a tertiary education and experience in a sales role
- You will need to be ambitious, organised and proactive, who is looking to grow in the BD area
- You will have a proven sales track record and effective account management skills
- It is essential that you understand the sales process and have excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations
- Must be a self starter and be able to meet deadlines consistently
