About this Opportunity:
ICC Sydney are looking for a Full Time Business Development
& Partnerships Coordinator to provide high quality support within the
Live Events Department.
Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract covering
a period of Parental Leave until May 2025.
Reporting to the Business Development &
Partnerships Manager, this role will assist and partner in the development of
all Live Events at ICC Sydney including the booking process, ensuring
successful delivery of events, ensuring repeat business, client loyalty and
financial viability.
This role will also collaborate with other
departments in the business in all related functions including marketing,
lounge management and activations.

Required Skills & Experience:
Current knowledge of the Live Events industry (desirable).
Flexibility to work a 7-day roster – Day, Afternoon & Night Shift.
Ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail, communication and grooming.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Passion for turning the ordinary into extraordinary.
You must be 18 years or over.
