ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to oversee Cotton On Ladies, Mens, Body, Rubi and Kids across Australia and New Zealand. You will be leading your team in the execution of Digital Marketing campaigns, including cross channel, SEM, SEO and email marketing. You will lead a team of experienced Digital Marketing Specialists and partner with the eCommerce team and internal stakeholders to deliver on innovative digital solutions that will make a high impact. In addition to this, you will manage the day-to-day operations and relationships with producers and digital designers, while leading your Digital Marketing team to success. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Exceptional leadership experience in Digital Marketing roles
- Experience in leading a team and build collaborative working relationships
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Experience leading omni-channel customer campaigns
- Able to plan, organise, schedule and project manage in an efficient way
- Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
- Strong ability to use content management systems and email marketing platforms
- Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence change through best practice and delivering results
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
