Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new markets and customer needs through research and analysis.
• Develop and implement Business Development strategies to drive financial gain.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective and current clients.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to monitor the sales pipeline and performance.
• Develop and review sales collateral and materials.
• Promote Redstone Facilities' products and services, addressing client objectives.
• Analyse sales pipeline performance and progress, making data-driven decisions.
• Invest in software and technology solutions to increase revenue and client base.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience in a BDM or similar role, preferably in relevant industries.
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work outside normal business hours and travel as needed.
