Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new markets and customer needs through research and analysis.
- Develop and implement Business Development strategies to drive financial gain.
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective and current clients.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to monitor the sales pipeline and performance.
- Develop and review sales collateral and materials.
- Promote Redstone Facilities' products and services, addressing client objectives.
- Analyse sales pipeline performance and progress, making data-driven decisions.
- Invest in software and technology solutions to increase revenue and client base.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in a BDM or similar role, preferably in relevant industries.
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours and travel as needed.
