Integrated ICT, a Market Creations Technology Company, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead our Business Development in the Perth and South-West market.

As a BDE, specialising in Managed ICT Services and Cloud Solutions at Integrated ICT, your primary objective is to maximise company sales by identifying new markets and capitalising on fresh business opportunities in these key areas. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting proposals to attract new clients, leveraging our existing client base, and assisting in the implementation of cutting-edge solutions. This role demands strategic prowess, impeccable communication, and a deep understanding of the ICT landscape.
Ideally our new team member is results focused and has excellent attention to detail with fantastic interpersonal skills, to work alongside our driven and passionate team.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop proposals for new business, with a focus on Managed Services and Cloud Solutions
- Strategically upsell and cross-sell to our client base
- Collaborate with the team to implement and specify ICT Solutions for our clients
- Manage pricing and margins in alignment with company directives
- Foster and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts, with a keen eye on expanding our presence in the Managed Services and Cloud Solutions market
- Conduct targeted prospecting, negotiate agreements and seal deals that align with company objectives
- Represent Integrated ICT at trade exhibitions and demonstrations
- Maintain meticulous records of sales and orders
- Regularly review sales performance and report progress to management
- Cultivate lasting relationships with new and existing clients through regular communications and Quarterly Business Review visits
- Act as a brand ambassador at community and business meetings
Essential Requirements
- Time management skills and ability to follow strict process and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Experience using Microsoft Windows and Office suite
- Quick learner with problem solving skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Customer service skills, comfortable liaising with clients and vendor partners
- In-depth knowledge of the contracting process
- Experience with ConnectWise
- Minimum of 5 years' experience directly related to the specified duties and responsibilities, with a strong focus on selling Managed Services and Cloud Solutions
