Anyway! Less about us, more about you.
You are:
- Excited to connect with people who are looking to craft the next event to WOW their clients
- Exceptional at building rapport with corporate clients
- Experienced in Hospitality, Events or Customer Service
- A year or two of sales experience, delivering a consultative sales cycle
- Impeccable written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Caterease or another event planning software is extremely advantageous
- Someone who is passionate about selling and amazing to be around
This is what your day-to-day will probably look like:
(You can probably guess but let us fill you in anyway!)
- Traveling between venues as required for site visits
- Building deep and meaningful relationships with clients to best understand their needs
- Conducting face to face presentations and sales calls with prospective clients and key accounts
- Providing services that go the extra mile to create seamless and exceptional experiences, from conception to execution
- Reaching and exceeding targets, maximising occupancy and contribution margin
- Committing to understanding our client’s needs whilst building trusting connections that ensure we deliver their dream event
- Creating sales reports, booking agreements, proposals and written correspondence to the highest standard
- Minimal outbound or cold calling, most of the work comes to you!
We have hopefully designed the role with some flexibility in mind. What does this look like? Well:
- Part-time role of 24 hours with the ability to scale up (pro rata)
- Tuesday – Thursday (there is some wiggle room though Thursday is a must)
- Focused solely on managing inbound corporate clients
- Sales Incentive Program for reaching individual sales targets
