Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate leads and secure new business.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the assigned hotels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or account management in the hospitality industry, with a focus on corporate and MICE markets.
- Strong network of contacts in the corporate and events industry in Melbourne.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Melbourne hospitality market and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
