Role:
I am seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a very successful team in Melbourne. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding my clients market presence in the field of Prefabricated Construction. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise and industry knowledge to identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and drive strategic initiatives that propel the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Business Development strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the Prefabricated Construction sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in Business Development or sales roles within the construction industry, with a focus on Prefabricated Construction.
- Strong understanding of prefabricated building components, construction processes, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving results.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend events, and support business objectives.
