Business Development Intern | Sydney

Fuse Recruitment's internship program allows you to gain first-hand knowledge of sales and Business Development from a reputable external recruitment agency with national operations.Our office is located in Parramatta and we have dedicated teams servicing the manufacturing, infrastructure, utilities, insurance, and wealth management industries.Our clients are leading Australian and global brands. They put food on your plates, manufacture your medication, insure your possessions, power your home, and build the roads you drive on.In the Business Development Internship Program, you'll work alongside our Business Development Managers to help connect our business with Australian businesses. You'll learn about recruitment, our business, and how to develop your sales skills and nurture relationships - skills that are essential in any career!Learning opportunities include:

• Developing your sales skills to nurture relationships
• Understanding how Business Development supports the overarching business strategy
• Using market-leading software and technology
• Attend networking events and client visits with your mentor
• Identify potential business opportunities
• Participate in sales meetings
• Assist in completing sales administrative tasks
• Learn about the recruitment industry

Ideally, you will be available for a minimum of 2 days a week; however, we can accommodate more if interested.
