Simaru True Care is a Registered provider of NDIS Disability Care services. It is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve growth targets for our services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, community organisations, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Represent Simaru True Care at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Business Development initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience with the NDIS to navigate the system and support clients through the process.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in the disability sector (Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, with 3 years relevant experience as a Business Development Manager within the NDIS sector).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or client engagement roles.
- Confidence and assertiveness to pursue leads and close deals.
- Passion for empowering individuals with disabilities and advocating for their rights.
- Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of NDIS Services
- Monitor sector tenders and present opportunities to our Senior Leadership Team for consideration and action.

This role is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
