Simaru True Care is a Registered provider of NDIS Disability Care services. It is dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve growth targets for our services 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare providers, community organisations, and government agencies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Represent Simaru True Care at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of Business Development initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to the leadership team.
  • Utilize your knowledge and experience with the NDIS to navigate the system and support clients through the process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Skills & Experience 

  • Experience in the disability sector (Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, with 3 years relevant experience as a Business Development Manager within the NDIS sector).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or client engagement roles.
  • Confidence and assertiveness to pursue leads and close deals.
  • Passion for empowering individuals with disabilities and advocating for their rights.
  • Proven experience in Business Development, sales, or a related role within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the provision of NDIS Services
  • Monitor sector tenders and present opportunities to our Senior Leadership Team for consideration and action.
