Each year, Adelaide Venue Management plays host to hundreds of local, national and international meetings and events, delivering valuable economic benefit to the State of South Australia, through its iconic venues – Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium.
Due to a Maternity Leave absence, a rare opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, hardworking and well organised Business Development Manager to join our local Functions & Business Events team.
Reporting to the General Manager - Functions & Business Events, this role will be focussed on sourcing new business, processing quotation requests, converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and providing document preparation to support the local business team. You will need to be able to demonstrate an impressive track record in achieving maximum sales, be a highly motivated team player who is passionate about communication and is a natural, collaborative relationship builder and hunter of business.
