What you'll do:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team on a permanent basis in South Australia. As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of pharmacy customers across SA and NT. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will need to have a high level of autonomy and be able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers/buyers, implementing profit-making retail solutions, increasing market share, and winning new customers.
What you'll bring:
- Seeking a candidate with a demonstrated track record in Business Development or account management ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
- The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and not afraid to ask questions.
- Must have strong negotiation skills and a strong business acumen.
- Skilled in the MS Office suite of products, particularly Excel.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Must drive and exceed targets to contribute to the success of the team.
