About the Role
We have an exciting role for Business Development Manager at Cirium to join a high-performing team based in Sydney office on a full time permanent basis reporting to the Sales Manager overseeing the ANZ & Pacific Islands region.
The role is focused on generating revenue from an existing book of business and new business within the finance and government sector in Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands.
The preferred candidate should come with experience in B2B or enterprise sales, demonstrate goal-oriented qualities, and be adept at thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced settings. Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions, are essential for internal networking and client-facing activities.
Responsibilities
Applying and embody Cirium’s 3C Selling principles
Provide accurate forecasting and ensure all activity is recorded in Salesforce
Managing policy agency relationships to promote digital transformation in aviation ecosystem.
Maximizing existing revenue streams for clients by building long-term strategic account plans with ROI.
Identifying new problems to solve with internal resources for complex solutions in new client sections.
Collaborating with and contribute to the sharing of best practices within the sales team
Enhancing sales team effectiveness by sharing successful strategies and experiences in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Contributing to the collective growth and success of the entire sales unit
Requirements
Have experience in B2B or enterprise sales
Have exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions
Able to meet or exceed sales objectives or quotas
Possess a deep understanding of data and SaaS solutions, accompanied by a robust technical foundation.
Have excellent public speaking skills and represent Cirium at important travel conferences and events.
Be able to adjust to flexible schedules for coworkers and clients in different time zones.
