The Business Development Manager – QLD will play a pivotal role in this journey, developing strong networks with key external stakeholders and identifying further opportunities for growth within our portfolio of services in Queensland.
In this role you will:
- Implement ONCALL’s strategic growth plan in Queensland to ensure continuous, high-quality service delivery with particular focus on Individual Services and Accommodation Services.
- Identify strategies to attract NDIS participants for referral to the Intake Team for assessment.
- Undertake stakeholder engagement across the sector, including contact with NDIS Local Area Coordinators, NDIS planners, Health and Allied professionals and SDA Service Providers.
- Engage in account management and retention of our existing client base, upselling/cross-selling new, value-add services.
- Identify and assist with opportunities for vacancy management and forecasting.
- Undertaking relevant marketing and brand awareness activities to aid in new business.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in account management, Business Development and/or client services.
- Demonstrated experience in developing partnerships and working effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience and knowledge of the NDIS and disability sector (preferable)
- A sense of urgency and drive to secure great outcomes.
- Strength in presentations, negotiations, and reporting.
- Exceptional follow up - do what you say you will!
- Energy, passion, a sense of humour, and a belief in the value of what we do.
