Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager for Thomas Paul Constructions QLD, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our network and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating and expanding a network of marketers to promote our products.
- Mentoring and training marketing teams on all aspects of Thomas Paul Constructions, including understanding project dynamics and performance metrics.
- Developing marketing materials and delivering presentations to potential investors and groups.
- Collaborating closely with the team to identify and pursue business opportunities proactively.
Criteria:
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property, preferably with an investment background.
