Description
- Building a pipeline of leads by identifying, researching and generating new target prospects
- Strategically prospecting key client contacts
- Working with the Adecco local branches and Management team to expand our presence across WA and SA.
- Presenting and negotiating Terms of Business and Quotes
- Developing creative strategies for engaging and nurturing prospects
- Converting target prospects to sales opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients' needs and challenges.
- Presenting and negotiating Terms of Business and Quotes
- Recording accurate information of your interaction within the CRM.
Profile
With proven experience in a Sales Development type role and working with clients or customers across a diverse range of industries you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience within Recruitment or in building new and enhancing business opportunities and relationships.
- Commercial acumen in many areas ensuring business success and profitability.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- A personality that thrives on variety and excels under pressure as no two days are ever the same!
