We are on the hunt for an experienced, talented, commercially minded Business Development Managerto assist us in our pursuit for growth and expansion in the occupational healthcare industry across Australia.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a range of innovative business initiatives which incorporate marketing strategies to leverage growth of our three business units across Australia: Health Assessments (Pre-Employment Medicals, Health Surveillance Medicals, Statutory Medicals), Onsite Injury Prevention (Onsite Physiotherapy), and Proactive Health Consulting Services (Mental health, Ergonomics, Safety Consulting, Manual Handling Training, Health & Wellbeing programs).
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Previous experience in B2B sales and /or relationship management in the health or service delivery sector
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Undeniably strong communications skills(verbal and written)
- A natural ability to cross sell services
- The ability to think strategically
- A proven ability to develop meaningful internal and external professional relationships.
- A deep B2B network
- High stakes commercial negotiation skills
- A keen appetite to drive and close business deals
- Background in a health field is highly regarded but not required.
