About the Role:
As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering customer relationships, identifying new prospects, and making strategic decisions to achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the estimation team, utilizing the ERP system, and ensuring meticulous follow-ups. This role offers the opportunity for personal and professional growth, with uncapped commission potential tied to substantial sales.
Requirements:
Proven track record in Sales or Area Sales with a hunger for success.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
Team player with unwavering dedication.
Ability to thrive under strict deadlines.
Keen attention to detail and the ability to reconcile discrepancies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong planning skills with adaptability to changes.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture customer relationships through face-to-face meetings.
Identify and pursue new business prospects to tap into untapped markets.
Utilize the ERP system and collaborate with the estimation team for optimal sales results.
Conduct pre-checks on orders to ensure they meet customer requirements.
Collaborate with Production and Logistics for timely deliveries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
