Business Development Manager - Air Freight

This leading global logistics and transportation company offering comprehensive freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. This company is looking for a proactive and proven winner of new business with a network or pipeline within Air freight specifically.Key Responsibilities:

• Completing minimum expectation of sales calls per week
• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of business
• Maintaining up to date CRM and administrative tasks
• Collaborating with Operations for rates and quotes that can be offered
• Attending client-sites regularly to closely understand client needs

About you:

• Experience in Air freight processes is required
• A strong network/pipeline that can be leveraged will be highly regarded
• Willingness to be on the road regularly for client meetings
• Strong negotiation skills and solution orientated sales approach
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
