Currently, we're on the lookout for a driven Business Development Manager to join us. In this role, you'll spearhead growth strategies, expanding our clientele through strategic initiatives. As an integral part of our team, you'll identify new opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with both the property management and sales teams to ensure a seamless client journey and the attainment of business goals.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients, such as property developers, investors, and other key stakeholders within the real estate sector.
- Establish and sustain a robust network of industry contacts to capitalize on business growth opportunities.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying and securing new clients through various channels, including proactive outreach like cold calling.
- Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics to the management team.
- Prepare and deliver proposals/appraisals to potential investors.
- Attend client meetings to address their needs and concerns effectively.
- Conduct open homes, process applications, and manage other administrative tasks as needed.
- Availability to work some Saturdays may be required.
- Assist the sales team by conducting rental appraisals to support their efforts.
Must have/Skills:
- Possess a proactive mentality, embracing the challenge of acquiring new business.
- Hold a valid real estate certificate or license.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Exhibit enthusiasm, energy, and self-motivation in all endeavors.
- Display exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, recognizing opportunities, and devising actionable plans to foster business growth.
