The Opportunity:

You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, while ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and value for our top-tier clients. You will be a key liaison between sales, marketing, and operational teams, harmonising efforts to maximise revenue growth and maintain strong client partnerships.
What You Will Do:
- Strategically Source New Business: Identify and capitalize on high-potential opportunities, conducting market research, analysing trends, and developing insightful strategies.
- Build Enduring Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and deliver bespoke solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead & Mentor Your Team: Guide and support account management and service delivery teams, fostering a collaborative culture and ensuring consistent service quality across all client tiers.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to create cohesive business strategies, ensuring a unified approach to client engagement, service delivery, and growth.
- Optimize & Innovate: Continuously review and improve Business Development processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide Strategic Insights: Offer data-driven insights based on market analysis and competitor research, supporting informed decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Craft Winning Proposals: Oversee the creation of high-quality proposals, scopes, quotes, and tenders, showcasing our commitment to excellence and exceeding client expectations.
- Contribute to Operational Excellence: While not directly managing operations, you will provide valuable insights and suggestions to ensure seamless integration with Business Development and client relationship strategies.
