We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be focused and driven on building relationships and closing sales, possess a well-developed network of connections particularly within the mining and resource sector, and be passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, purchasing managers, and technical teams.
- Customised Solution Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of mining and resource companies and propose customised entertainment and communications solutions to address those needs.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, with a generous reward scheme.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats proactively.
