This roles responsibility is to promote, develop and coordinate a portfolio mix to customers & key decision influencers to optimise market share.
The Territory Business Development Manager drives growth of the defined turf and ornamental territory through
execution of the strategy, identification of new Business Development opportunities, market segmentation & digital utilisation.
Profile
Proactive, ambitious, and self-driven sales professional with experience in sales and relationship building, preferably in agronomical, horticultural, turf, landscape, park, and garden sectors.
The ideal candidate should excel at generating new business, cultivating long-term relationships, utilising databases for opportunity identification, and reporting results through CRM.
Regular communication with agents and distributors is crucial to providing support, presenting a value proposition, and promoting our product over others.
Job Offer
Base Salary: $100,000 to $110,000
Car Allowance: $20,000 (or company car)
Bonus: 15%
Super: 12%
