About The Opportunity
As the Business Development Manager for our Canberra North office, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey, entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- In conjunction with the Managing Director,'s develop comprehensive business growth strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects through effective lead generation and proactive outreach.
- Utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software to meticulously document all client interactions.
- Lead contract negotiations, securing favorable terms while safeguarding the company's interests.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in a BDM capacity, preferably within the commercial construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales metrics within monthly and annual budgets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Analytical mindset, adept at interpreting sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Valid Australian license.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (or similar)
