Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in solution selling?

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Reflective Solutions Sales team who would be based out of our NSW office.  

We are looking for someone who is not only talented but also highly motivated, great at building relationships, proficient in the sales process, and adept at presenting and negotiating with key decision-makers is crucial. Additionally, the emphasis on coachability and continuous growth through feedback and coaching shows a commitment to personal development within the team.

About You

  • You will be a passionate and highly driven individual with a strong background in Business Development, with an emphasis on solution selling. 
  • You can work both independently or as part of a close-knit team, coupled with exceptional relationship-building skills, negotiation prowess, and a passion for client interactions.
  • You will be able to foster strong relationships and excel in the pursuit and closure of deals are essential aspects of this role. 
  • You can demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, the skill of solution-oriented selling, and polished presentation abilities. 

About the Role

  • To be able to follow and implement the current sales strategy to grow SOW with existing customers and the ability to find and convert new business customers within the Reflective Industry. 
  • Develop and manage strong client relationships and regular client engagement.
  • Research accounts to identify and qualify new market leads and opportunities.
  • Identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders.
  • Work with marketing to specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, supported by site visits to customers.
