Business Development Manager - Scaffolding (Fulltime)

Workfast is looking for a Business Development Manager - Scaffolding to join our reputable valued client based in Perth, WA on a full time permanent basis paying $110-$120K per year.

What you need

• 5 years prior experience within Business Development and marketing 
• Experience with Scaffolding hire and sales a must
• Proven track record of sales performance and exceeding monthly targets
• Excellent oral and written communication with a high attention to detail
• Exceptional presentation skills and understanding of sales cycles, with advanced excel and powerpoint knowledge
• Proven knowledge and understanding of negotiation with key stakeholders and ability to achieve a win/win outcome
• Strong industry network 

What you will be doing

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and hire growth and expand our client base.
• Identify and target potential clients within the scaffolding industry, with a focus on Ringlock Systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Travel nationally to prospect and meet with clients, conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
