The opportunity

A rare opportunity has arisen for a driven & self-motivated person to join our wholesale team in a unique Sales & Business Development position. This role is responsible for fostering customers relations, enabling business growth opportunities, driving long term profitable sales growth and expanding our customer footprint throughout the region.

The successful applicant will work within our New South Wales Sales & Support team and be involved in the following areas:

• Identifying, attracting, and acquiring new customers
• Negotiating new and existing supply agreements
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with resolution of customer problems & complaints

What you'll bring to the team

We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and people skills. An individual who has a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and within a team. This Full time, Monday to Friday position will require a full drivers license, and a competency using a CRM platform to manage their sales pipeline. 

• Experience in developing and implementing regional sales plans
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and high level of sales resilience
• Being a natural problem solver with a can-do mindset
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to think on your feet and influence sales outcomes with our new and existing customers
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in managing multiple tasks with ease and efficiency

*A in-depth understanding of the cafe/coffee industry would be a bonus!
