The Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid sales background to join the team. We already have a strong customer base in NSW and ACT that you will service, but we know new opportunities are waiting to be uncovered.
The health and fitness industry is known for its passionate, committed, and driven people. The products you will be representing and selling help transform people’s lives. It's something we are proud of and we are sure you will be as well.
This role will be based in Sydney and your territory will be the whole of New South Wales and the ACT. You will have the occasional trip down to our head office in Victoria to catch up with the team. You will be on the road most days, but basically, your office will be your car, your home, or maybe the corner café. You will have the autonomy to make your own decisions and set your schedule. You must be well-organized and motivated. We will provide a great support team plus management guidance to help you achieve success.
There are several non-negotiables you MUST have for this role:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in sales or account management (it can be in another industry, or you may have worked in retail sales and want to move up to the next stage in your career!)
- A strong interest and understanding of the health and fitness industry including nutrition and supplementation. You live and breathe all things health, training, and fitness.
- A desire to be part of a team that is stepping outside the lines and making a difference.
- Your driver's licence!
