We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team. This role focuses on driving new business initiatives, expanding our market presence and fostering strong relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and new Business Development with experience in the toy lifestyle or interior retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue (national & international).
  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Onboard new business to be set up for success through product placement, knowledge and visual merchandising.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Review and manage existing and new drop-ship partners
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales growth and Business Development experience, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Visionary for possibility in the toy and home retail industry.
  • International experience highly regarded
