The company works by actively selling into distributors and wholesalers, but actively engaging the end-users to demonstrate and promote the products.

The Position
This company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join them, managing the New South Wales territory, based remotely from the Queensland head-office, and propel the company forward within their market space. On an average day you will:
- Execute high level sales strategies within New South Wales
- Develop new business opportunities
- Manage accounts that you have created and increase their spend
- Be tasked with analytical reporting of the sales process
- Provide full collaboration with end-users to promote sales through resellers
The Benefits
If you are the right person for the role then this company will offer:
- A salary of between $110k - $150k + Super - pending experience and seniority
- A car allowance of $20k pa
- A generous OTE and Commission structure - worth on average $20k - $50k pa
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Experience in selling safety solutions into wholesalers and distributors
- Experience with products demonstrations to end-users
- Ability to work remotely and report to an out-of-state head-office
- Excellent relationship development and people skills
- Is a strong and analytical problem solver
- Enjoys hunting new business
