About our client:

Our client is a reputable transport company based in Kewdale, Perth. They are leaders in moving line haulage, general cargo, reefers and mining cargo & they pride themselves on exceptional service.

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of sales and account management.

Responsibilities include:

• New Business Development - transport
• Account management of all new and existing clients
• Providing excellent customer service
• Negotiating rates and contracts with clients
• Liaising with freight forwarders, logistics, and warehouse clients
• Other duties as required by the General Manager

Skills and experience:

• Sales experience in the transport sector
• Account management of a portfolio of tier 1 and 2 clients
• High-level communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• High-level attention to detail
