An outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic and results-driven individual to join a growing business unit at the University of Adelaide.
Based within Professional and Continuing Education, you’ll be working under general direction from our Senior Business Development Officer to coordinate and deliver our range of executive education programs and customised education solutions, to help achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include lead tracking, sales, stakeholder engagement, general enquiries, future customer and client activities, registrations, enrolments, developing proposals, liaising with subject matter experts and supporting marketing and Business Development activities as required.
You’ll also provide input into improving and developing administrative procedures and systems to support the presentation of programs and achievement of enrolment and revenue targets.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in Business Development, sales, and acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with a broad range of clients in commerce and/or government and/or industry.
- Demonstrated high level organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage workload in a commercial and customer focused business.
- Ability to develop procedures to support delivery of programs and presentation of events.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering the highest standard of customer service in a positive and professional manner.
- The successful candidate should have demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills along with high level computer skills, including experience with database systems and Microsoft Office suite of products.
