THE ROLE:
Our Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in attracting new customers to the company, contributing to the overall growth of sales revenue and the expansion of the business. The position involves establishing and cultivating relationships with both new and existing customers to foster new business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new sales from new customers, as well as support in the delivery of sales within the existing portfolio of customers.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
- Familiarity with effective recruiting technologies and strategies;
- Develop a detailed understanding of the recruitment market & provide clear guidance on future strategies
- Hit sales targets - secure new customers and ensure customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
- Develop & manage the sales team to support customer projects, sales & tender opportunities.
- Provide reporting on activities and participate in strategy, marketing & sales plan development, implementation and execution.
- Relevant sales experience within the recruitment industr is preferable (construction experience is a plus!)
- Proven experience in developing B2B relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies.
- High level of communication and organisation is a must!
- Out of the box & strategic mindset is key – capacity to generate exceptional sales and marketing plans.
