This role would suit an existing wine professional that really wants to see how far they can go in the wine industry. Someone who is looking for great leadership and support but wants freedom to also do things your own way.
Experience is one thing, but we know that the ones that will have the greatest success will:

- Be very hands-on, you like achieving things
- Jump at the chance to help the business and your customers be more successful
- Learn pretty quickly, you rarely have to be shown how to do something more than twice

- Consistently make considered and highly objective decisions, commercial outcomes that are win win
- Accommodate the needs of customers but also appreciate there are times when you have to dig your heels in
