H-E Parts Engineering is a part of the HE Parts International group. We provide all machining services for Mining, Oil and Gas and a variety of other commercial customers. Over the last 30 years, we have built a reputation of a high level of service. In addition, we regularly receive new work through recommendation from our satisfied customers, which we feel is a strong testament to the level of service we provide.
About the role
The Business Development Representative is responsible for the delivery of sales, increased market share and market intelligence functions of H-E Parts Engineering. Whilst also serving to promote the greater capability of the other H-E Parts International divisions.
Your Business Development efforts will be supported by an engineering facility with advanced machining, currently undergoing an expansion as well as extensive technical and engineering support.
To be considered for this position you should have: -
- Minimum of three years’ experience in sales, customer service, or technical support within an engineering/machining business.
- Prefer Trade qualified, or completion or progress towards a Degree/Certificate in Business Administration, Commerce or Engineering.
- Demonstratable experience in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial customer relationships.
- Competent with Pronto, Salesforce (or similar packages), and MS Office suite.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to work successfully autonomously, as well as in a team environment
- Strong negotiation skills
