Business Development Representative

Reali is a leading supplier of workwear, uniforms and site safety equipment with operations in Brisbane, Perth and Mackay. The company has a solid foundation with a national client base and will continue to achieve planned growth. We want a motivated, driven Business Development Representative to join our team.

Are you a motivated team player?

Based out of our office in Malaga, you will be responsible for ensuring sales growth targets are met. You will meet set weekly KPI meetings and call targets, measured through our CRM system. The position will suit a committed person who works well in a team and is a self-starter. Also, an individual who is motivated to join a rapidly growing organisation. This position is available for an immediate start.

Prior client-facing experience is a requirement. This role will suit a person with sales experience looking to take their career to the next level. Sales training and personal development will be provided. Career progression will be offered to the right team members.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Cold calling
• Prospecting
• New and existing client meetings
• Client communication
• Replying to email enquiries
• Client follow-up and task management
• Working to our Four Pillars of Success: High Performance, Teamwork, Respect and Communication

What is required?

You must be able to operate within our team with the right attitude, skills and knowledge to get the job done. These include:

• Available to work Monday to Friday from 8 am through to 4 pm
• Availability for work-related travel

• Computer skills and web-based applications experience
• Ability to adapt to change, great time manager, planner and communicator.
