What are we looking for? As a Business Development Specialist at eStore Logistics, you will be responsible for facilitating new customer acquisition, thus enabling the sustainable growth of the business. We require the expertise of an individual that will have the ability to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients. You will conduct research on new market opportunities, oversee growth projects, make sales projections and forecast ARR and revenue, in line with targets. Your contributions will be critical in enabling the long-term success of eStore Logistics and our customers.
What will you do (but not limited to)? Whilst leading the new customer engagement process, the Business Development Specialist is a Senior Sales hire and will deploy their advanced Interpersonal, eCommerce Retail, Fulfilment Solutioning, and Commercial skills to manage the new customer lifecycle. From first inquiry, until operational delivery the Business Development Specialist will be the primary contact for new customers. During this engagement, the successful candidate will gather all required information to collaboratively build a solution that delivers compelling fulfilment value for our customers whilst aligning with eStore Logistics’ requirements for sustainable growth. The Business Development Specialist will be highly effective in managing our customers experience throughout the solution development, commercial negotiation, and initial project deployment phases.
