Company Overview: This industry leading education provider to the aged care market is looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their team. This is a company is looking for a driven salesperson who has a proven track record of prospecting and winning new business. The Role: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Ensuring high volume and quality sales activity
- Taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to presenting to closing
- Generating sales strategies to overcome obstacles and continue to drive new business revenue in a virtual manner (in-person restrictions in aged and home care facilities)
- Maintaining an up to date CRM (salesforce)
To be considered for interview you will have:
- Proven track record of developing business in a B2B setting
- Genuine hunter mentality and passion for developing sales strategies for new business
- A strong ability to work autonomously with proven high volume calls and engagement
- Self motivated and ability to take ownership of target and customers
- Having experience selling education services or to the aged/home care demographic is ideal but not a necessity
- Earn up to $110,000 + super
- Uncapped commission scheme for both new business and renewals
