The Opportunity:
A great opportunity to join a successful SME located in Seven Hills. We are a small team looking for an organised, New Business Development/sales professional to add value to our sales team. The role is a permanent Part time role for 4 hours a day with a view to extending hours in the future. AVS is the market leader in its industry and has been in existence for over 25 years.
The Role:
We are currently seeking a professional, well organised self starter to work with our Sales team. The role is a Permanent Part time role, 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. Hours of work are flexible but 4 hours are required daily during normal work hours. You can work from home, but must be able to work from the company premises in Seven Hills at least once a week, preferable twice a week.
The role involves dealing with incoming sales enquiries. You will be responsible for managing leads through the process to a sale. Duties will include, liaising with the lead contact to establish their requirements, sending a proposal, answering questions and correspondence and following up to progress the lead through the various stages of the sales cycle. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are also required as is some experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role also requires you to work with other team members including fellow sales people, the operational team and finance team. Must be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
