The Business
This position is a role within the newly established Rhombus Advisory business. We anticipate that Rhombus Advisory will separate from Insignia Financial (IFL) to become a stand-alone business around July 2024. The successful candidate will transfer their employment to Rhombus Advisory when IFL sells the majority share of its ownership of Rhombus Advisory (precise date will be confirmed in due course) and will be issued relevant entity transfer documentation upon appointment.
The Role
Reporting to the Business Enablement Consulting Manager, your primary focus will be supporting practices within the Rhombus Advisory network. As an Advice Process and Technology SME, you'll deliver streamlined and simplified Advice Technology Solutions, build and maintain strong relationships, and ensure practices leverage technology to maximize efficiency and eliminate risk. This client-facing role requires practice visits, potentially involving interstate and overnight travel.
With high level of trust, you will get great things done with us by:
- Increasing awareness and understanding of advice solutions and their benefits within the advice network
- Enhancing client engagement and adviser efficiency through adoption and implementation of best practice processes enabled by Digital Ecosystem solutions
- Identifying advice process gaps & developing and implementing solutions to close them
- Collaborating closely with our IT function, Regional Business Managers and other internal and external stakeholders
- Providing on the ground coaching, consultancy and training to Advisers and Support Staff across multiple locations on adviser technology
- Assisting the embedment of Rhombus Advisory advice digital ecosystem to create sustainable and efficient advice models
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
- Extensive experience in digital advice software, in particular Wealth Central and XPLAN
- Previous experience training individuals and/or groups
- A deep understanding of the advice process and ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements
- Excellent communication skills with critical thinking ability to proactively problem solve and work autonomously
- Solid experience working in financial services
- Relevant tertiary qualification or RG146 compliance highly advantage but not essential
