About the JobThe Business Management Team ensure we deliver to our strategy, are high-performing, member-focused and outcome-oriented.Your role as the
Business Enablement Manager will be to design, implement and maintain efficient and effective processes, governance, policies and ways of working across the member division. As part of the Business Management Team, you will play a key role in setting the annual Member business plan and cascade the metrics and business narrative through the member division.
Key Accountabilities:- Manage the effective collaboration between Member and other Rest divisions and value stream portfolios to assist Member meeting our group objectives, including, risk and compliance, data, technology, strategy and finance.
- Manage the governance process for the Member division
- Prepare papers for and assist to chair, the member division committees and forums.
- Coordinate the papers and performance metrics going to Board Committees
- Be the central source for aggregated monthly member and employer data, member division initiatives and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the design and development of group ways of working
- Create and document processes to ensure business continuity.
- Collate and report on various member metrics to ensure outcomes are linked to member value.
- Manage and ensure delivery of actions arising from Rest committees, divisions and forums
- Represent business management in key member or broader Rest initiatives.
QualificationsAbout You:- Experience in Financial Services, highly regarded
- demonstratable process, documentation and writing skills with a keen understanding of governance, risk and business operations
- Able to join dots and seek our opportunities or risks quickly.
- Analytical skills, including ability to interpret complex business needs and translate into business and member solutions.
- Ability to communicate and engage well with stakeholders at all levels (including senior executives)
- Ability to communicate in simple, every day language and make it compelling with strong story telling ability
- Excellent influencing skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
